An athletic outside back in the making, Warbrick’s height and strength will make him tough to handle aerially as he makes the switch from union to league.

Before changing codes, Warbrick was a member of the All Blacks Sevens squad that was beaten by Fiji in the gold medal game at the Tokyo Olympics.

No stranger to rugby league, Warbrick, who hails from Kawerau, NZ played the 13-a-side game at high school.
