Composed playmaker Toelau returned to the Storm ahead of the 2026 season. A Victorian junior, Toelau was a standout in the Storm pathway system, twice winning the best U20s player before moving to the Panthers.
He made his NRL debut in 2024 and featured nine times that season, later earning his first NRL start in 2025.
Capable across the halves and bench, also represented the Māori All Stars in 2026.
