Stats that mattered in round 5

Our evergreen skipper Cam Smith put on a clinic on Saturday night; leading by example with two try assists, 42 tackles and five from five goal attempts.

Brenko Lee has been impressive in his first two games in purple and he gained 190 metres on Saturday, while the Knights defence also struggled to contain Justin Olam who ran 188 metres.

Our reliable co-vice captain Dale Finucane was Mr Consistent again on Saturday, gaining 146 metres and making 41 tackles.

In his second NRL game since returning from injury, Christian Welch played 39 minutes for 136 metres.

Fan fave Brandon Smith showed his trademark strength when he outmuscled three Knights to cross for a try late in the match. He was unstoppable all night and finished with three tackle breaks.
