Life at home with Paul Momirovski

New Storm signing Paul Momirovski had only been with the club for a couple of days before the 2020 NRL season was been put on hold.

Part of the swap deal with Wests Tigers that included Harry Grant, the outside back is now back with family and friends in Sydney as he awaits the chance to have his first training run with his new club and possibly becoming Storm player number 200.

We caught up with him for this quick Q&A

Paul, how are you coping being back in Sydney?

Isolation so far has been as good as it could be! Being around family is always a good thing and I'm enjoying my time at home.

I’ve managed to get some gym equipment and set up a gym in the backyard which has been quite good actually to get all my sessions done from home. Being a few seconds away from the coffee machine is also a big bonus.

What has your daily schedule involved?

I’ve been doing a bit of breathe-work every morning and night and I've stocked up on a few books to get through while we’re isolated, and of course a bit of PS4 to pass the time.

I haven’t watched as much as I thought I would, but I’ve been watching the US version of 'The Office' and the new Netflix show 'Tiger King'.

Have you been in touch with any of your new Storm teammates?

I’ve spoken to the my roomie, Cooper Johns a little bit but haven’t got any training done with the Storm boys as everyone’s spread out across the country.

It’s been a really bizarre month for you

Yeah it’s been a whirlwind of a month to say the least but no complaints, as long as everyone’s healthy, then we can’t complain.
