Round 6 Game Day guide

Gates open: 6.30pm

Top-of-the-table clash

The undefeated Melbourne Storm and second-placed Sydney Roosters will meet under Friday night lights at AAMI Park for what is set to be a blockbuster Grand Final rematch.

The clash is arguably one of the most hotly anticipated games in the first half of the season, following Melbourne's heartbreaking loss on the biggest stage last year.

Storm narrowly missed its chance to clinch back-to-back premierships and the playing group will be keen to even the ledger.

Potential key match ups will include veteran Will Chambers against young rival Latrell Mitchell, as well as a showdown between former Storm teammate Cooper Cronk and his protégé Brodie Croft.

Feel Good Friday

Friday night football is back at AAMI Park for the club's round 6 clash with the Roosters.

The game coincides with Good Friday and for all home games during the school holidays children under 15 attend free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Fish burgers will be available at every food outlet except level 1 aisle 9 and and level 3 aisle four.

The Starlight Children's Foundation will be at AAMI Park collecting donations to brighten the lives of sick kids - be sure to purchase a sparkling star wand to support the cause.

Thunderbolts curtain-raiser

The U20 Victoria Thunderbolts will face the U20 Sydney Roosters in round 6 of the Jersey Flegg Cup, with the match to be played as an NRL curtain-raiser at Gosch's Paddock from 3.30pm.

Both the Thunderbolts and Roosters are coming off big losses in round 5 and will be hungry for a win.

Memberships and Merchandise

Membership sales will be available opposite Edwin's Cafe - memberships purchased on Friday will be given access to the game.

Membership collection will be available at Gate E from 5.30pm.

Fresh 2019 merchandise will be available for purchase at the Melbourne Storm Megastore from 5.30pm.
