Season Review: Tim Glasby

It is always difficult to say goodbye to not only good players but good people.

Tim Glasby certainly fits that mold. Although the 2018 season was his last in Melbourne he approached it with his typical professionalism, humility and team-first mentality.

Glasby's performances in purple again earned him a call up to the Queensland squad for the final game of the 2018 State of Origin series - which saw him take his record to three wins from as many appearances for the Maroons.

His experience and leadership alongside Jesse Bromwich and Dale Finucane in the middle of the park was invaluable. That will be the area Storm will need to fill next year in his absence.
