Easts Tigers and Victorian Thunderbolts will both feature in finals action this weekend.

The Tigers will host the Ipswich jets for the chance at a Preliminary final berth following their dominant 32-nil triumph over Northern Pride last week.

They will be boosted by the return of last week's boom Storm debutant Scott Drinkwater.

Drinkwater ran for a game-high 200 metres in his maiden first grade appearance and his Easts teammates tuned in to watch.

"We all got in a room to watch his debut," Easts coach Scott Sipple said.

"It is reward for effort, he had a great year and got his reward with an NRL debut. We were very pleased for him."

The Thunderbolts will travel to Cairns to face the Northern Pride in their semi-final on Sunday.
