Billy Slater has been named in Craig Bellamy’s squad to return when Melbourne make the trip to Townsville in Round 22.
Storm will face the Cowboys at 1300SMILES Stadium on Friday night with the champion fullback named in the number one jersey as Jahrome Hughes, who deputised brilliantly last week, moves onto an extended bench. Since Round 20, Slater has been subjected to world standard return to play concussion protocols.
Cameron Munster will miss the Cowboys clash after suffering a low grade high ankle sprain in Sunday’s win against Manly.
