Easts Tigers enjoyed a five game unbeaten run early in the season as they began to consolidate themselves inside the Queensland Cup top six.

The remainder of the season however saw them unable to string a consistent run of results together as injuries began to take their toll.

Despite experiencing a run of five straight defeats, the Tigers held on to finish inside the Queensland Cup top six.

Their finals campaign ended in the first week at the hands of the Townsville Blackhawks.

Matt White was a consistent performer in the front row for Easts alongside Francis Tualau.

Young halfback and Thunderbolts product Brodie Croft also proved he was capable of performing at reserve grade level after making the step up from the NYC competition.
