By participating in this year’s Fan and Member Survey, you will enable us to further enhance the game day experience, fan initiatives, Club offers and other related services in 2016.
Upon completion of the survey, you will automatically go into the running to win a team signed Melbourne Storm 2015 jersey as well as one of 10 double passes to Platinum Club House in 2016.
The Shape Our Future survey is now open and will conclude at 10pm on Wednesday 18 November.
