Playing 18 games in 2014, Kenny Bromwich became a regular member of Craig Bellamy’s NRL side.

Bromwich doubled his tally of games after featuring in nine matches in his debut season of 2013. With the ability to fill a variety of roles in Storm’s forward pack, the 23-year old appeared in the Club’s opening 16 games of the season, averaging over 30 minutes of game time.

In the final two months of the season, Bromwich split his time between the NRL and Queensland Cup with Storm affiliate Easts Tigers. An elbow injury forced the New Zealander out of Storm’s finals tilt however he was able to make it back for the Tigers’ final five matches of the season which included a Grand Final appearance.

2014 ‘Moment’:

Bromwich’s four pointer against the Titans at AAMI Park in Round 5 was a highlight of the youngster’s year. Trailing 20-12 and needing a try to stay alive, Bromwich’s strong supporting run and clean hands allowed him to score and keep his side in the contest.
