Melbourne Storm has confirmed the signing of experienced five-eighth Blake Green to its NRL squad on a two-year deal.

Green, 27, will complete his obligations with the Wigan Warriors in the English Super League, before joining the Storm in November.

Achievements: Green won the Harry Sunderland Trophy for Man of the Match in Wigan’s 2013 Grand Final victory.

In other news, forward Junior Moors will leave the Club at the end of the season to play in the English Super League.

Moors joined Melbourne Storm in 2013 from Wests Tigers and has made 11 appearances for the Club.

He featured in the Club’s 2013 World Club Challenge triumph and was crucial for Melbourne’s NSW Cup feeder side Cronulla during the second half of the season. Moors was a standout in the Sharks’ 2013 Premiership victory.

The second-rower also represented Samoa in the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.
