Storm shooting for the stars with Starlight Children’s Foundation

For the seventh year, Melbourne Storm are proud to be continuing their partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

In 2023, our Round 17 clash with rivals the Manly Sea Eagles will be dedicated to helping sick kids with a number of activities planned to raise much-needed funds for the Club’s charity partner.

Once again, Storm members and fans can take part in Starlight’s Fans Pledge, committing a donation for every try scored by the men in purple.

All you need to do is make your pledge, no matter the amount, share with friends and family and do what you do best by cheering on your Storm to score as many tries as possible! Pledge, here!

For those wanting to get a little closer to our squad, Swysh, a personalised video message platform will generously donate 20% of all sales from Storm videos in the month of June.

Simply head to Swysh, pick from your favourite Storm heroes, including Cameron Munster, Harry Grant and Ryan Papenhuyzen, and receive a unique message while also digging deep. You can use code STORM to get $15 off your first message!

On game day, AAMI Park will light up for Starlight under the stars, powered by Solar Battery Group. Storm’s home ground will be plunged into darkness before kick-off, with fans encouraged to purchase Starlight wands outside to make the stadium twinkle in support of our most vulnerable little ones.

The Swysh and the Solar Battery Group have also commenced the Club's fundraising efforts in a big way, each donating $20,000 and $15,000 respectively.

Earlier this week, Bronson Garlick, Trent Loiero, Josh King and Jordan Grant visited the Starlight Express Room at The Royal Children’s Hospital, experiencing first-hand the incredible impact the charity has on providing sick kids with the opportunity to enjoy life, no matter their circumstances.

Help us help Starlight achieve their vision of ensuring every child experiences a happy childhood, because happiness matters, by donating today!
