Storm 2023 jersey is Made for Melbourne

Melbourne Storm is proud to reveal the Club’s new home jersey for the 2023 season.

For the upcoming season, the jerseys are ‘Made for Melbourne’, paying homage to the city that has embraced the Club for the past 25 years.

Melbourne Storm's 2023 Home Jersey is here

Most notably, the ‘Our Home, Victoria’ motif continues with a prominent presence on the jersey. Initially inspired by words from Billy Slater, the symbol has been emblazoned on the jersey since the Club’s relocation to Queensland in the COVID impacted 2020 season.

The front and back panels feature a purple V pattern repeating all the way down the jersey, headed by a large purple V across the chest, to proudly represent Victoria alongside ‘Our Home, Victoria’ sitting on the inner neck of the jersey, reminding our players of who they play for before each game.

The new design also sees the return of Storm’s iconic purple as the primary colour. Along with the Vs, the eye-catching purple fades to the Storm navy which blends into navy playing shorts, as seen in previous years.

A further nod to the history of the Club, bright yellow lightning bolts will once again feature on the side of the Melbourne jersey. A fan-favourite symbol from the team’s beginnings, the bolts stretch down each side of the jersey, underneath the arms.

As 2023 sets the scene for a historic year for the Club as it celebrates its 25th anniversary, the jersey will also adorn the Storm anniversary logo on the back of the neck.
