Team Update: Round 16 v Manly

Cameron Munster has been ruled out of tomorrow night’s NRL clash with Manly, but in some good news, Ryan Papenhuyzen is set to start his first game since round nine.

Munster will rest his irritated AC joint at home in Melbourne with Nick Meaney slotted to take over at five-eighth.

It’s expected that Munster will be available for selection for his next game.

Papenhuyzen has been moved from the extended bench to his usual fullback role in his return from knee and hamstring injuries as well as a bout of Covid.

Storm’s updated 17-man squad includes Jordan Grant on the bench with Alec MacDonald as 18th man and Tyran Wishart as 19th.

Tom Eisenhuth and Bronson Garlick join Munster as the omissions from the squad of 22 named yesterday.
