Melbourne Storm will return to their second home on the Sunshine Coast later this month for a week-long mid-season camp and member visit.

The camp in the familiar surroundings of Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort at Twin Waters will be held between two Storm matches in Queensland – the Magic Round blockbuster against ladder leaders Penrith Panthers at Suncorp Stadium on May 14 (7.45pm) and the Round 11 clash against the North Queensland Cowboys at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville on May 21 (5.30pm).

Continuing the club’s deep connection to the Sunshine Coast community which has included setting up base there during the COVID-impacted 2020 and 2021 seasons, there will be two prime opportunities for Storm members to see their boys in purple up close and personal once again.

First up, the squad will host a Sunny Coast Junior Clinic on May 16 from 4.30pm (4pm arrival). Bring the kids, aged 5-15, along to Novotel at Twin Waters to join us for your chance to learn from the best, our Storm players, and become a member for just $25! If your little one is already a member, they can come along for only $15.

Two days later, the squad will showcase their skills at an open training session on May 18 from 2pm at the club’s home away from home, Sunshine Coast Stadium.

Simply show your membership upon arrival to get access to the exclusive event for our loyal interstate members.

The squad will also catch the Sunshine Coast Lightning’s match against the NSW Swifts at USC Stadium on May 17.
