Stats that Matter: Round 21 v Manly

Our 17th straight win was a hard fought battle against Manly, with Melbourne prevailing 28-18.

Justin Olam loves grabbing a try against the Sea Eagles (he's previously scored two hat-tricks in matches against Manly) and last night he scored a double.

Dale Finucane powered to the most run metres for either side (169), with Kenny Bromwich making the most tackles for Storm (24) and opening our account with the first try of the night.

Our spine was firing on all cylinders; Hughes set up a try for Munster with a sublime grubber, Munny assisted another try, Grant made one line break and one try assist.

Scores were level twice: 8-8 at half time and 14-14 mid-way through the second half.

Melbourne completed at 84% with an average set distance of 37.5 metres.
