Stats that Matter: Round 12 v Broncos

Nicho Hynes produced another standout individual performance in our 40-12 win over the Broncos at Suncorp on Thursday night.

Hynes again proved his value at fullback with three line breaks, 214 run metres and two try assists, grabbing a try of his own and converting six from seven attempts.

Brandon Smith was in stunning form too - he scored a double, assisted another try, broke the line twice and busted through five tackles.

Head Coach Craig Bellamy said our first half defence won us the match and the stats sheet agrees - Storm completed only 28/40 attacking sets, meanwhile co-captains Jesse Bromwich and Dale Finucane tackled with 94.1% and 92.9% efficiency, respectively.
