24-hour update: Storm will be without Jahrome Hughes (calf) and Kenny Bromwich (hamstring) for one to two weeks. Both drop out of our round 11 squad.

Ryan Papenhuyzen will miss this weekend’s round 11 clash against Canberra with concussion, opening the door for Nicho Hynes to play his second consecutive match in his preferred position.

Both Papenhuyzen and Ryley Jacks were concussed during Sunday's win over St George Illawarra and will continue to be monitored by Storm’s medical staff. They will both be sidelined for an indefinite period.

Chris Lewis has been named to start at five-eighth, with Brandon Smith returning from suspension to play in the number 9 jersey.

Scans have confirmed Tyson Smoothy suffered a PCL rupture during his impressive stint at hooker in round 10. He will be out of action for an extended period.

Aaron Pene has been named in the 17, with Trent Loiero, Cooper Johns and Aaron Booth named on the extended bench.
