Bellamy full of praise for Croft

Head coach Craig Bellamy had plenty of kind words for former Storm half Brodie Croft ahead of our clash with the Broncos on Friday night.

When asked by media on Thursday about the Broncos 2020 win/loss record and Croft's form he was full of praise.

"When teams go through a bit of a form slump the key position players probably do cop a bit of flack, whether that’s fair or not is up to each individual to judge," he said.

The one thing I know about Brodie is he’s a really hard worker. Whatever is going on with the Broncos it would never be that Brodie is lacking the work ethic.

"Whatever the team needs from him, that's what he tries to do.

"He’s a wonderful team player. We are aware of what he’s capable of so we will need to do well defensively to curb his strengths."
