We are so proud of our sister club Sunshine Coast Lightning who will head into this year's finals series as minor premiers for the first time in the club's history.
A 21-goal win against the Adelaide Thunderbirds cemented their spot at the top of the table at the end of the regular season.
They finished three points clear of the second placed NSW Swifts.
The comprehensive victory guarantees Lightning a home semi-final against the Swifts next Saturday – the first final the club has been able to host on the Sunshine Coast.
