Smith, Munster and Bellamy highly regarded in NRL players' poll

Cam Smith, Cam Munster and Craig Bellamy have been rated highly by their peers in the 2019 NRL players' poll, with our skipper rated as the best hooker, best captain and best player in the comp.

NRL.com polled more than 150 players from across all 16 clubs to get their responses about a range of topics from the best players in each position, the leading coach and the biggest talking points in the game.

Cam Smith has held onto his mantle as the players' choice for the best player in the league, while head coach Craig Bellamy has pipped Wayne Bennett to be the highest-rated coach.

Cam Munster is favoured to take out this year’s Dally M Medal. He leads the voting after 10 rounds.
