What you need to know - Round 22

Top spot back up for grabs
With the Roosters beating the Rabbitohs on Friday night, Craig Bellamy's men have yet another opportunity to reclaim top spot on the NRL ladder should they win against the Sharks. It will be a handy position to be in with just three games left to play in the season but it will not just be handed to them on a platter by a dogged Cronulla side.

Rivalry not for the faint-hearted
When these two teams meet it keeps you on the edge of your seat. The games are tough, gruelling and in-your-face as the Round 4 meeting at Shark Park earlier this year showcased. Both Melbourne and Cronulla are battle hardened with experienced players who know full well what it takes to win. The stage is set for a Sunday blockbuster of epic proportions.

Member Appreciation Round
In a week where Melbourne Storm celebrated reaching 25,000 members for the first time in its history, the Club will be celebrating Member Appreciation Round on Sunday. Kids also come FREE while a Mini Family Festival will be held out on Gosch's Paddock before the game - make sure you get in early because free flags will be given out for the first 10,000 fans through the gates. Once the game finishes though the fun does not stop, with fans to be allowed onto AAMI Park for a kick after the game.

Acknowledgement of Country

Melbourne Storm respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
