League bonanza Brisbane bound

The Brisbane Double Header returns to Suncorp Stadium this Saturday night as Queensland braces for a bonanza of rugby league.

It will be the third instalment of the showpiece event with Storm hosting the Gold Coast Titans in the opening game at Suncorp Stadium before the Brisbane Broncos clash against the Manly Sea Eagles.

Sports fans in Brisbane will be treated to two high quality matches, back-to-back on the one night with the event also celebrating the NRL's Indigenous Round.

Melbourne have been one of the pioneers of the Double Header, with their previous two games as part of the marquee fixture proving to be pulsating clashes. Each game has been decided by a total of one and two points respectively.

More than 52,000 fans piled in for the 2016 Double Header – the biggest ever crowd Melbourne Storm have played in front of outside of a Grand Final.

Tickets are still available for Saturday night's Double Header via Ticketek.
