Arriving at a new Club midway through an NRL season does not leave you long to find your feet.

Nate Myles knows he is on a steep learning curve but one month in, he is certainly enjoying his new colours.

The representative prop completed a mid-season transfer in June that saw him switch from Manly to Melbourne.

A Storm debut soon followed against the Eels in Round 18, with Myles laying 33 tackles in 47 minutes of game time.

The 32-year-old knows he has improvement in him and believes some honest feedback from the coach will help him get there.

“To get down here and get some honest feedback from Craig, which I’m sure everyone gets, sits you back a bit but it also makes you work harder as well,” Myles said.

“I understand everyone is going to have an opinion being at the back end of my career, which I totally agree with. I’m 32 now and not getting any younger but Craig has been fantastic so far.

“I’m not expecting Craig to turn me into a world-beater but thus far I have thoroughly enjoyed being down here and learning off him.”

Storm return from the bye this week and will head to Canberra to take on the Raiders this Saturday at 5.30pm.
