Slade Griffin is set to play his first game in 13 months when he takes to the field for Easts Tigers this Saturday.

Griffin is among 11 Storm players named to play in the Intrust Super Cup this weekend.

The 25-year-old will make his much awaited return to the field after recovering from a left knee injury that cut short his 2015 season.

Easts will travel to face Ipswich Jets on Sunday while the Falcons take on Souths Logan Magpies at Sunshine Coast Stadium.

Be at AAMI Park when we take on the Panthers, Saturday 4 June, 7:30pm.
