Easts Tigers and the Sunshine Coast Falcons both made it back-to-back wins in Round 6 of the Intrust Super Cup over the weekend.

Falcons go back-to-back

After recording their first win of the 2015 season last weekend, the Sunshine Coast Falcons made it back-to-back victories on Sunday against Tweed Heads.

The Falcons scored a four point victory over the Seagulls after trailing at half-time with several Storm players making an impact.

Youngsters Nelson Asofa-Solomona and Hymel Hunt were among the Sunshine Coast's best in Round 6 with the pair alongside winger Suliasi Vunivalu and hard working forward Kenny Bromwich all finding the score sheet in the win.

Late Kennar try sinks Bears

A late try to Richie Kennar sealed a come from behind victory for Easts Tigers over the Burleigh Bears in Round 6 of the Intrust Super Cup.

Trailing 18-8 during the second half of play, the visiting Tigers managed to cross the try line three times unanswered to snatch a thrilling victory on the Gold Coast.

In addition to Kennar's late four pointer, Shaun Nona also found the try-line for Easts, the five-eighth's second try in as many weeks.
