Overview:

As he did last season, Junior Moors played 10 matches for Melbourne in 2014, providing cover for Craig Bellamy’s forward pack off the interchange bench.

After starting the year in reserve-grade with Storm’s NSW Cup feeder outfit Cronulla, Moors suffered an early season knee injury which halted his push for NRL selection.

The forward made his first appearance for Craig Bellamy’s line-up in Round 12, becoming a mainstay throughout the second half of the year, providing reinforcements off the interchange bench. Moors featured in important late season matches against Brisbane and Canterbury.

2014 ‘Moment’:

Moors’ Round 18 performance against the Bulldogs was one of the forward’s best of 2014. In an arm wrestle against Des Hasler’s Cantebury outfit, Moors made 80 meters coming off the bench from nine runs providing his side with plenty of go forward.
