Tim Glasby and Felise Kaufusi have been selected for Queensland Residents to take on NSW Residents at Suncorp Stadium on July 9.

The annual match will act as the curtain raiser for Game 3 of the 2014 State of Origin series and feature the best of the Queensland and New South Wales Cup competitions. Queensland will be intent on victory after falling to New South Wales in a tight encounter in Sydney last year.

Both Glasby and Kaufusi have enjoyed successful years with Storm’s feeder club Easts Tigers in 2014. Last year’s grand finalists currently sit fifth on the Queensland Cup ladder.

The Residents will be coach by Jason Demetriou, who has led his club side Northern Pride to the top of the ladder with an impressive 14 wins from 16 games.
