Storm forward Jesse Bromwich has declared Melbourne 'home' after re-signing with the club for a further four seasons.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday afternoon, Bromwich said family and a comfortable feeling at the club were two reasons influencing his decision to stay in Melbourne.

"It's just a really good club and I'm really enjoying myself here," Bromwich said.

"Obviously with Craig and the senior leadership group here its been a really good club for me and I really look up to those boys.

"Having family here really helps too.

"I'm big on family so that's massive for me. Mum and Dad live here too, so this like home now.

"I've got a partner and she lives here, we have a kid. So its home now and we love it here."

After two nail biting wins in the opening two rounds of the new season, Bromwich believes Storm are tracking well as they look towards a Monday night home game against the Knights in Round 3.

"It's been a pretty good start for the whole team, I think our forwards in particular have been playing good.

"The coaches have been giving me a few things every week to work on and I'm definitely looking at getting better at a few things."

Monday night is Mates Night at AAMI Park with a 2 for 1 General Admission ticket offer. Click here for more details.
