As the 2014 season approaches, Storm TV caught up with brothers, Jesse and Kenny Bromwich looking ahead to the new year.

With their 2013 season ending sooner than Storm would have liked, the Bromwich brothers are leaving nothing to chance, looking for a strong start to a consistent year.

For Kenny, experience during another senior pre-season has allowed him to build a strong base as he hopes to continue to cement a position in Craig Bellamy’s first choice 17.

“For myself, I having been feeling better than what I have in the previous years,” Bromwich said.

“I just want to be a consistent player”.

The older half of the Bromwich brothers, Jesse, capped off a fantastic individual year with the Storm and also featured at the Rugby League World Cup with New Zealand. Jesse was the only Storm player to play in every game in 2013.

“It was a big year for myself last year, especially going to the World Cup,” Jesse Bromwich said.

“We finished the year poorly last year but looking to start the year really strong and keep it going throughout the year.”

The team as been working hard and trying to implement some changes but Bromwich conceded that the goal is consistency.

“The main message for the boys playing is being consistent.”

“Consistent at training and trying to get it back before the games this year.” Bromwich added.
