Melbourne Storm is delighted to announce emerging hooker Gabriel Satrick has signed a new contract until the end of the 2028 season.
The 21-year-old made his NRL debut against the Bulldogs in Round 12 this season, becoming Storm Player #251 after progressing through the Club's player pathway.
Originally from Yarrabah in North Queensland, Satrick attended Ipswich State High School and played for Ipswich Jets before joining Storm in 2023.
The Queensland U19s representative played a key role in Storm’s 2025 Jersey Flegg Premiership and has continued his development in 2026, playing 13 NSW Cup games and scoring four tries.
Director of Football Frank Ponissi highlighted Satrick’s growth since joining the Club.
"We're pleased to extend Gabe's contract through until the end of 2028," Ponissi said.
"He has progressed through our program since arriving at the Club, working his way through our pathways before making his first-grade debut this year.
"Gabe is a talented young footballer with plenty of potential, and we're excited to see his continued development in a Storm jersey."
