Harry Grant skippers the team from hooker, with Cameron Munster and Jahrome Hughes in the halves. Sua Fa'alogo resumes his impressive season at fullback.
The forward pack features Stefano Utoikamanu and Josh King in the front-row, with Ativalu Lisati and Shawn Blore on the edges.
Bellamy's bench includes utility Trent Toelau, alongside the experienced Joe Chan and Davvy Moale. Josiah Pahulu comes onto the bench and remains in contention for his Storm debut.
