Melbourne Storm’s pathways side were in action across Round 7 and 3 last weekend, with the Club’s SG Ball and Harold Matthews teams unable to overcome the Panthers and the Jersey Flegg U21s falling short against the Sharks.
Harold Matthews Cup (U17)
Storm’s U17 side were unable to match the Panthers going down 38-4 in Round 7.
Panthers made a fast start, capitalising on offensive opportunities to build a 16-4 lead going into half time, with Hunter Stokie’s try in the 23rd minute proving to be Melbourne’s only try for the match.
Despite Storm’s defensive efforts, the visitors proved to be difficult to contain as they ran away with the victory at home.
