Storm Waka: Community and Culture
Storm Waka saw just over 50 young people from Hume come together to paint local Victorian players Young Tonumaipe'a and Sua Fa'alogo, guided by local Hume artist Jeremy Fretton. A wholesome project for the locals, by the locals.
Melbourne Storm respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
