NSW Cup Team Announcement: Round 2 v Dragons

Mark Russell has named his NSW Cup squad for Saturday’s clash on the road against the Dragons at WIN Stadium.

Storm will be looking for their first win of the season on Saturday afternoon and the Club's  first victory in NSW Cup.

Manaia Waitere retains his spot at fullback and is joined in the backline again by Victorian product Hugo Peel, along with Luke Cesari and Mitch Jennings.

Keagen Russell-Smith comes into the halves this week for his first match of 2026, while youngster Gabriel Satrick gets the start at hooker for his first game of the season.

The forward pack features Lazarus Vaalepu and Angus Hinchey, alongside the returning Shawn Blore and second-row Preston Conn.

The NSW Cup match will serve as the curtain-raiser to the NRL clash, kicking-off at WIN Stadium at 3:10pm.
