Melbourne Storm will kick off their 2026 campaign with a blockbuster Round 1 clash against the Parramatta Eels under the lights at AAMI Park.
Confirmed as part of the NRL's Round 1 fixtures, the game will take place on Thursday 5 March 2026 at AAMI Park.
It will be the second consecutive season Storm face Parramatta in Round 1, following last year’s dominant 56-18 victory over the Eels.
The Thursday night showdown also marks the first NRL game played in Australia in 2026, following the two Las Vegas fixtures held the previous weekend.
