AAMI Park sells out for Storm Preliminary Final

Melbourne Storm’s blockbuster NRL Preliminary Final against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks on Friday night has officially sold out, becoming one of the fastest-selling matches at AAMI Park.

A near-capacity crowd of almost 30,000 members and fans will pack the stadium to cheer on Craig Bellamy’s side, with a coveted spot in the 2025 NRL Grand Final on the line.

This marks the fourth time in 2025 AAMI Park has sold-out for a Storm game, a record-breaking feat that speaks to the Club’s ever-increasing momentum throughout Melbourne and Victoria.

Storm CEO Justin Rodski commented: “Selling out AAMI Park for a record fourth time this year is an incredible milestone for our Club and a true reflection of the unwavering loyalty and passion of our members and fans.

“Melbourne Storm continues to be one of the most supported and relevant sporting teams in this city, and the response from our supporters throughout 2025 has been nothing short of outstanding.

“To see AAMI Park filled to capacity once again for a Preliminary Final is something really special, and we know our fans will bring the noise and atmosphere worthy of the occasion.”

With a big crowd expected and significant foot traffic anticipated in and around Melbourne Park, fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid potential delays and ensure they don’t miss a moment of the action.

Friday's game is on track to break the Club's attendance record for an NRL Finals match at AAMI Park, with 29,213 fans packing the stadium for Storm's Preliminary Final against the Roosters in 2024.
