Melbourne Storm’s U21 team will face the Cronulla Sharks in the Major Semi-Final this Sunday.
Finishing as Minor Premiers gave the Storm a week off in Week 1, and a win this weekend will secure them a spot in the Grand Final on Sunday 28 September. A loss would see them get a second chance in next week’s Preliminary Final.
The Sharks come into the clash after a narrow victory over the Raiders and will be tough opposition.
Storm have beaten the Sharks twice this season, but with the intensity of Finals, they’ll need to bring their best brand of footy.
Kick-off is set for 11:00am (AEST) this Saturday at Leichhardt Oval, Sydney.
Head coach Mark Russell has made several changes to his line-up after resting players in the final round of the regular season.
