Melbourne Storm’s U21 team will host the Parramatta Eels this Saturday in their final regular season clash before heading into finals.
Having secured the minor premiership last week, the Storm now have the chance to provide opportunities for fresh faces to pull on the purple jersey.
Head Coach Mark Russell said, “I’m not giving a jumper away for free. It’s a good opportunity to reward those blokes that have worked really hard all year. We’re going out there to win, we want to win, we want to beat Parramatta.”
Kick-off is scheduled for 2:40pm (AEST) on Saturday at Seabrook Reserve, Broadmeadows, with Russell set to make multiple changes to his line-up.
