Melbourne Storm's feeder teams, the Sunshine Coast Falcons and North Sydney Bears, were in action over the weekend for Round 11 of the Queensland Cup and Round 13 of the NSW Cup, while the Brisbane Tigers had the bye.
Sunshine Coast Falcons
The Falcons delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, defeating the Mackay Cutters 32–8.
Sunshine Coast came out firing, scoring three tries in the first half to take a 14–4 lead into the break. They continued to assert their dominance in the second half, crossing for another three tries to seal a convincing victory.
