Feeder Report: Round 10 and Round 12

Melbourne Storm's feeder teams, the Brisbane Tigers and North Sydney Bears, were in action over the weekend for Round 10 of the Queensland Cup and Round 12 of the NSW Cup, while the Sunshine Coast Falcons had a bye.

Brisbane Tigers

The Brisbane Tigers delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, defeating the Tweed Seagulls 38–24.

The Tigers came out firing, scoring four tries in the first half and taking control early to head into the break with a 20–6 lead. They maintained their momentum in the second half, crossing the line three more times to secure a convincing win.

Kane Bradley and Keagan Russell-Smith were standout performers for the Tigers, with Bradley particularly impressive, scoring two tries.

The Tigers will have a bye this weekend before turning their attention to a Round 12 clash against competition leaders, the Norths Devils.

North Sydney Bears

The North Sydney Bears faced off against the Rabbitohs and endured a tough afternoon, going down 2–18 to a strong South Sydney side.

The Rabbitohs controlled the majority of the match and kept the Bears try-less in a dominant defensive display.

Marion Seve, Ativalu Lisati, and Gabriel Satrick all featured for North Sydney, getting through some solid minutes despite the loss.

The Bears will be looking to bounce back this Saturday when they take on the Manly Sea Eagles.
