Melbourne Storm U21s hosted the NZ Warriors at Seabrook Reserve on Saturday, dominating the match to secure a convincing win.

Melbourne Storm’s U21s delivered a dominant performance to secure an impressive 38-12 win in Round 9.

It was a tightly contested first half, with the Storm holding a narrow 12-6 lead at the break. However, the second half saw the home side shift momentum and take full control, scoring five tries to seal a commanding victory.

The win lifts Melbourne into first place on the ladder.

Dylan Brettle was a standout, crossing for two tries and converting five of seven attempts. Blake Kehl also impressed scoring two tries himself

The U21s will aim to carry their momentum into next weekend when they face the Newcastle Knights at AAMI Park on Sunday, serving as the curtain-raiser to the NRL clash.
