Junior Team Announcement: Round 6 and Finals

Melbourne Storm's Jersey Flegg will host Rabbitohs on Sunday afternoon in a curtain raiser at AAMI Park and Storm's SG Ball will travel to Wollongong to take on Illawarra Steelers in an Elimination Final.

This weekend marks Round 6 for Jersey Flegg and the first week of finals for SG Ball, with a do-or-die Elimination Final on Sunday.

Jersey Flegg (U21)

Storm's U21 team remains the only undefeated side in the competition in 2025, coming off a dominant win in Round 5. They'll be aiming to extend their winning streak when they face the South Sydney Rabbitohs on Sunday (kick-off 11:30am, AAMI Park, Melbourne).

Coach Mark Russell has made two changes to the starting lineup. The team will be without their U21 captain Stanley Huen and Jak Goulding. Jordan Blundell will start this week, and Preston Conn returns to the side.

SG Ball (U19)

Storm's U19 team enters week 1 of the finals with a must-win Elimination Final against the Steelers. It’s a do-or-die match for the side if they want to continue their season.

Coach Matt Duffie has made one change to his starting lineup for Sunday’s Elimination Final (kick-off 2:30pm, Collegians Sporting Complex, Wollongong).

Jojo Vela and Phoenix Woods will start.
