Loiero celebrates 50

Trent Loiero will kick off the 2024 season in style, celebrating 50 NRL and Storm games when Storm runs out in Round 1 against the Penrith Panthers.

The Kawana Dolphins made his NRL and Storm debut in Round 4 of the 2021 season, playing six games in his debut season and scoring two tries and making an immediate impression.

2023 saw Loiero record his most consistent season to date, recording the Club’s most in-season appearances for the year (alongside forward Josh King) with 26.

Coming through the ranks with the Sunshine Coast Falcons, the 23-year old has also played on the U18s QLD Maroons stage alongside teammates Xavier Coates and Jack Howarth.
