Grant hits 50 for Storm

Harry Grant is set to run out for his 50th Melbourne Storm game when the Club take on the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 14.

Beginning as a rugby league junior with the Yeppoon Seagulls, Grant piqued the interest of Storm in 2016 joining the NYC team.

The now 25-year-old went on to make his first-grade and Club debut in 2018, receiving player number 188 from Club legend Cameron Smith.

Becoming the first NRL player involved in a loan agreement, the Queenslander spent the 2020 season on loan with the Wests Tigers gaining valuable skills from 15 games as hooker, alongside that year’s Dally M Rookie of the Year.

Bursting with experience upon return, the 2022 Storm Forward of the Year has since become a mainstay in the Storm on-field squad, earning the aforementioned accolade.

With talents shining brighter than first-grade, the playmaker has gone on to carve his own path pulling on the Maroons jersey in the past four seasons, ‘20, ‘21, ‘22 and ‘23, followed by the ultimate representative call up in the 2021 Rugby League World Cup winning Australian Kangaroos contingent.
