Hooker Harry Grant has extended his contract with Melbourne Storm until 2025, cementing a strong spine to remain with the Club.
“(We have) a core group signed on for a few extra years and I think that's really helped my decision knowing those guys are there; Xav and Jahrome, then Paps, Welchy, Jackie Howarth,” Grant said.
“A lot of those guys signed on so we can keep a core group together for a long period of time and it only helps with success.”

Coach Craig Bellamy expressed his excitement in keeping the star hooker just three rounds into the new season.
“Harry is a really important part of our team and has been for a couple years.” Bellamy said.
“He's definitely one of the best dummy knives in the game, so we're delighted to have Harry on board again.
“Obviously, with Paps here reaffirming his commitment to the club...the club has done really well in doing that, but certainly having Jahrome and Harry on board gives us some real strike for our future and really important players in in key positions.”
