RedZed to match Good Friday Appeal

For the second year running, Melbourne Storm’s major partner RedZed will generously support the Good Friday Appeal for The Royal Children’s Hospital.

RedZed will match dollar for dollar - up to $50,000 - every contribution made to Storm’s fundraising efforts to help provide world class care for our children.

Storm’s 2022 contributions began at Neil’s Cruise for the Kids earlier in March and will continue at Sunday’s NRL clash against the Canterbury Bulldogs at AAMI Park.

Last year, the Melbourne Storm community, together with RedZed’s contribution, raised $120,000 for the Good Friday Appeal.

Storm CEO, Justin Rodski, appreciated the generosity of the Storm family in the first year of the club’s Good Friday Appeal partnership.

“We could not have raised as much as we did last season without the support of our amazing members and fans and we are once again very appreciative of RedZed’s generosity ahead of what should be a great afternoon at AAMI Park on Sunday,” Rodski said.

“We are very fortunate at the Storm to provide a platform to highlight the Appeal and the great work undertaken by The Royal Children’s Hospital.

“I encourage all Storm members and fans to support the RCH and Give for the Kids.”

Storm members and fans attending Sunday’s match can choose to add a donation on top of their ticket purchase, with all proceeds going to the Appeal.

If you can’t get to the match but want to make a donation, we are once again shaking a virtual tin. Even if you are unable to donate, one share of our donation page is one virtual shake of the tin, one virtual car stopped at the traffic lights and one virtual knock on a neighbour's door.
