Grant, Lumelume extend Storm contracts

Front-rower Jordan Grant will be part of Melbourne Storm’s top 30 squad for the first time in 2022 after signing a new contract with the reigning NRL premiers.

Fijian international winger Isaac Lumelume has also agreed to terms with the club for next season, while Bronson Garlick has signed a development contract for 2022.

Grant, 27, came to Storm on a train and trial contract from the Brisbane Tigers during pre-season and earned an NRL debut in the 48-4 win against Newcastle on the Gold Coast in round 18.

He added a second NRL appearance in round 20 against Penrith at Suncorp Stadium.

Lumelume has played three NRL matches for Melbourne after debuting in the 2020 season.

Meanwhile, Garlick comes to Storm with 105 NSW Cup appearances on his record including 12 this season with the Newtown Jets.
