Tries flowed and records tumbled in round 16 of the Telstra Premiership as the Storm continued their march towards another minor premiership and the Sea Eagles kept the heat on the top four sides with another Turbo-charged display.

The Storm have now won 13 games on the trot and their dominant defeat of the Roosters propelled five of their stars into the team of the week, headlined by tryscoring machine Josh Addo-Carr and exuberant hooker Brandon Smith.

Red-hot fullback Tom Trbojevic and flyer Jason Saab bagged six tries between them in Manly's demolition of the Bulldogs while teammates Daly Cherry-Evans Toafofoa Sipley also played leading roles to earn their spots in the fans' best 13.

Broncos duo Payne Haas and Kotoni Staggs were rewarded for their brilliant displays as Brisbane sent the Suncorp Stadium faithful home happy with an upset win over the Sharks.
